By accessing our platform, downloading lesson matrices, engaging with interactive dimensional exercises, or utilizing our teaching methodology frameworks, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you represent an academic institution, school district, or homeschooling collective, you represent that you hold authority to bind your organization to these terms.

Educational & Classroom License
ScaleSense Classroom Lab grants registered educators, curriculum coordinators, and independent learners a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our scale-modeling exercises, dimensional worksheets, and simulation materials under the following parameters:
- In-Classroom Instruction: Instructors may print, project, and electronically distribute exercise guides to directly enrolled students without additional royalty charges.
- Non-Commercial Educational Scope: Materials may not be packaged into paid educational bundles, sold via third-party teacher marketplaces, or gated behind paywalls.
- Attribution Requirement: Printed handouts and shared digital modules must retain the original ScaleSense Classroom Lab identification marks and attribution notice.

Educator & Student Responsibilities
Users of ScaleSense Classroom Lab agree to maintain fair and ethical conduct across all digital interfaces:

Reverse engineering calculation algorithms, automated scraping, or uploading malicious scripts into submission forms.

Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary calculation engines, comparative dimensional graphics, layout designs, and methodological classifications published under the ScaleSense Classroom Lab domain are the protected intellectual property of ScaleSense Classroom Lab and its academic contributors.
Users retain ownership of original student works and customized solutions created during exercises, but granting ScaleSense Classroom Lab the right to review anonymized aggregated data to optimize future pedagogical difficulty balancing.

Derivative Works & Adaptations
